4. Megan Fox’s pig

In a fascinating twist of Hollywood pet tales, Megan Fox, star of the Transformers series, once shared her home with an unusual and rather spirited guest: a pet pig named Piggie Smalls. Fox’s love for the extraordinary pet was undeniable, but a change in living circumstances originally led her to relinquish the animal. The true reason behind the pet’s departure, however, had less to do with a house move and more to do with its increasingly eccentric behavior.

As Fox’s husband, Brian Austin Green, disclosed during an interview on Australia’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the root of the issue was Piggie Smalls’ uncurbed sexual aggression. Green, who had prior experience with pigs as pets, praised them as fun, smart, and overall cool pets. Yet, the situation with Piggie Smalls took a sharp turn when he began displaying sexually aggressive actions towards visitors, making him less of a quirky house guest and more of a prickly challenge.

“It’s different between a dog and a pig,” Green explained during the interview. With their hooves, pigs have a particularly impactful way of expressing their instincts – Piggie Smalls was no exception. Not only would he mount and hump anyone that came over to the house, but he would also attempt to bite them. This unexpected aggressive behavior of Piggie Smalls made him less of a pet and more of a liability, hence the decision to find him a new home. Despite this experience, Green still considers pigs interesting pets.
