Extremely long thumb

This guy’s thumb is extremely long. It is just as large as his index finger and looks pretty eery, because we’re not used to seeing a thumb this long. This condition is known as a triphalangeal thumb, and it is not as unusual as you would think. It affects about 25,000 babies worldwide.
