Jada Koren Pinkett Smith is best known for her role as Niobe in The Matrix. In 2018, she began co-hosting the Facebook Watch talk show Red Table Talk, for which she has received a Daytime Emmy Award from seven nominations. Time named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2021.

Jada found her struggle with hair loss at the center of an unexpected controversy at the Oscars of 2022, after her husband Will Smith slapped Chris Rock in response to a joke he made about her shaved head. Luckily there was widespread support online for Pinkett Smith, who has previously opened up about her experiences with the condition alopecia.
